Chautauqua has a total of 85 town house units plus the community centre.
All units have laundry hook ups in the basements. The four adapted units have laundry hook ups on the main floor. All 85 units have two parking spaces, a garage and either a driveway or an assigned parking spot. The units with unattached garages also have no driveway. Their garages are in blocks of 7 – 8 individual garages close to their units. The parking spots for those units are also close to the units for their convenience. Each unit has a front and rear garden (not all have the rear garden fenced in).
