Chautauqua Co-operative is a friendly community that practices good governance and is a safe, affordable, well managed and well maintained.

We believe in values of affordability, safety, community, well maintained, respectful and good neighbours. We also believe in a community that operates as a non-profit and has a plan for sustainability and is environmentally friendly.

We will support cultural diversity with resources and ideas to promote community such as our newsletter and the social committee.

We want to remain non-profit and affordable.

We will consider whatever steps are necessary to ensure that our homes are safe and well maintained.

We will explore alternatives to accommodate our seniors.
